Natasha Fayle


Natasha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Exercise Physiologist. She holds a Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation and is an Accredited Practitioner of the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding.

Natasha’s speciality areas include: starting solids, fussy eating, food refusal, pregnancy nutrition, breastfeeding nutrition and helping mums regain their health.

Natasha has worked with many families both in Australia and in the Middle East. She believes that there is a real need for families to be able to access reliable, accurate, real life nutrition advice that works in with their busy lifestyles.

Natasha is a mum of 3 herself and understands that feeding children is a challenge! She is passionate about helping families resolve eating struggles and helping children develop a healthy relationship with food.
